God of the Exercises

In a world which employs the most sacred terms with little reverence or appreciation God of the Exercises suggests the use of the ordinary human exercises of mind and body to discover God in them. Through these beautifully guided exercises, we are led to discover our identity in Christ Jesus and we seek His Light in our own darkness; His Spirit comes to do the work for us; we listen, we ask, we wait. Suddenly, we are given fresh water when thirsty, light when in darkness, and we are picked up when fallen, to be led to victory, ours surely, and yet His.
